1 oz. Rye Whiskey
1 ½ oz. A.G. Perino Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Lemon juice
1 oz. Waterbrook Malbec
¾ oz. Simple syrup
1 Egg white
Dash of aromatic bitters
Lemon twist for garnish
Reverse Dry Shake: Over Ice, shake Whiskey, Vermouth, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Bitters and Egg White. Remove ice, then shake again vigorously. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Top with Malbec and garnish with a lemon wheel.
