1 oz. Vodka

½ oz. A.G. Perino Sweet Vermouth

½ oz. Aperol

Grapefruit sparkling soda

Sea salt and lemon wedge for garnish

Add Vodka, Vermouth, and Aperol into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a salted rim and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
