the lucid monk
1 ½ oz. A.G. Perino Dry Vermouth
½ oz. Green Chartreuse
Spritz of Absinthe
Tonic water
Cucumber, thyme & pink peppercorn for garnish
Add Vermouth, Green Chartreuse and Absinthe into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled collins glass and top with tonic water. Garnish with cucumber, thyme and pink peppercorn (optional).
