The golden spritz

1 ½ oz. A.G. Perino Dry Vermouth

½ oz. Apple cider or spiced apple syrup

Squeeze of lemon juice

Gruet Brut

Lemon twist for garnish

Over ice, add Vermouth, apple cider and lemon juice to a white wine glass. Stir to combine and top with Brut. Garnish with a lemon twist.
