2 oz. A.G. Perino Sweet Vermouth

1-2 Dashes orange bitters

Soda water

Orange twist for garnish

Over ice, add Vermouth and orange bitters to a red wine glass. Stir to combine and top with soda water. Garnish with an orange twist.
