1 ½ oz. A.G. Perino Dry Vermouth

1-2 Dashes lavender bitters

Squeeze of lemon juice

Gruet Brut Rosé

Lemon twist for garnish

Over ice, add Vermouth, bitters and lemon juice to a white wine glass. Stir to combine and top with Brut Rosé. Garnish with a lemon twist.
