Elderflower Spritz

3 oz. dry white wine (we recommend Cavatappi Pinot Grigio)

½ oz. A.G. Perino Dry Vermouth

½ oz. St-Germain

1 oz. club soda

1 oz. dry sparkling wine (we recommend Gruet Brut)

Grapefruit peel

Combine dry white wine, A.G. Perino Dry Vermouth and St-Germain in a large wine glass filled with ice. Stir to chill.

Top with club soda and sparkling wine. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
